Están destinados a los vecinos sin límites de edad ni conocimientos previos en la especialidad de los talleres que desee participar. En todos los casos reviste el carácter de libre y gratuito.
El programa tiene como objeto desarrollar una cultura comunitaria, facilitando al vecino oportunidades de adquirir habilidades, capacitándose y participando en espacios de contención.
Al participar distintas áreas municipales junto a calificados talleristas, tendrá intervención la Dirección de Acción Social con el fin de continuar con la identificación de las problemáticas sociales, en un avance más del trabajo territorial de cada sector de la ciudad.
Cada tallerista está recibiendo capacitaciones en temas como protección integral de los derechos del niño, niña, adolescente, adulto y adulto mayor, Reanimación Cardiopulmonar (RCP) y cuidados básicos de bioseguridad para el cumplimento de los protocolos del Covid-19, entre otras.
